All order received at hadiyahcollections.com dispatched within 2 days upon receiving the order and full payment.
We aim to deliver your order within 5/7 days in UK. Delivery time differ for International.
We use best and reliable delivery options to insure that orders get deliver on time and safley.
The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective when you receive caused by the delivery company Hadiyah Collection will not be responsible. However delivery proof {receipt} can be requested from us in order to make a claim from delivery company.
The received product(s) Faulty, Damaged or defective cause by the manufacturer or differed from the original order and anything is missing from the package. In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 24 hours upon receiving the order.
Please email pictures of the defective item to hadiyahcollection@hotmail.com or for fast response contact at our instagram page @hadiyah.collection within 24 hours upon receiving the order. Hadiyah Collection will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.
Once you sent the oreder back and when we receive the item we will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly. We will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice or we can exchange the item with other.
In case of exchange, customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
